Boys Team Charity - Prospective Member

Please note: THIS FORM WAS ACTIVE MARCH 2- MARCH 12, 2018 for interested applicants to the Alamo-Danville league of boys team charity. The form is now closed until the next new member drive in Feb/March of 2019.

Members must live within the boundaries of the San Ramon Valley or Monte Vista High School districts to be eligible for membership in this league.

Dear prospective Boys Team Charity League member,
Thank you for your interest in joining boys team charity (btc). boys team charity is a volunteer service organization dedicated to developing an altruistic spirit in young men through active participation of parents and sons in philanthropic projects in their community.

Hours Requirements:
Annual minimum Philanthropy Service Hours requirements for both boys and parent(s):
Grade 7 & 8........................15 hours each*
Grade 9,10, 11, & 12..................10 hours each*
Annual minimum League Hours requirements for both boys & parent(s): 6 hours minimum each (earned by attending general or grade level meetings, or by volunteering for the league)

Volunteer requirements: btc is a volunteer organization that is operated by parent volunteers. Parents are expected to participate as volunteers each year.

Financial Requirements: Each league has annual membership dues that are used to cover the costs of operating the league. Please contact the VP Membership (contact info will be provided to you at the end of this application) if you need specific league dues information.

Sponsorship: New btc members are sponsored by current btc members. If your son does not have a sponsor, you will need to find a current btc member to sponsor your family. btc membership is reviewed on an annual basis and new btc members are selected by a random draw.
